




Job Summary: We are seeking an IT Risk Analyst / Permanent Controller to manage risks, promote cybersecurity governance, and oversee end-to-end cyber risk management. Key Highlights: 1. Proficiency in English and French What We Are Looking For? * A professional profile as an IT Risk Analyst / Permanent Controller. * Proven experience of at least 3 years in IT Risk Management, specifically within a GRC (Governance, Risk and Compliance) context. * Solid knowledge of GRC IT / ServiceNow tools and the Microsoft Office suite. * Strong analytical capabilities for root cause analysis and impact assessment. * Ability to define and promote cybersecurity governance, support risk understanding and management, and supervise end-to-end cyber risk management for IT Payment Services. * Experience in identifying and analyzing operational risks, collaborating on permanent control activities (IT and non-IT), updating the risk landscape, and monitoring remediation actions. * Familiarity with payment-related activities and relevant regulations (DORA, PCI-DSS) is a plus. * Proficiency in English and French. * Proactive attitude, strong stakeholder management skills, and a mindset of continuous learning. * Residence in Porto, with availability for a hybrid work model (2–3 days per week onsite).
