Join Inetum! **Job Description** We are looking for a professional to join a dynamic team in the telecommunications field, focused on **software operation, support, and installation** on communication service platforms (mobile and fixed). If you enjoy challenging technological environments, teamwork, and direct customer contact, this opportunity may be for you! **Key Responsibilities** * Perform **software operation, support, and installation** functions on telecommunications platforms. * Ensure proper operation of communication systems for **mobile and fixed networks**. * Manage and track support tickets using ticketing tools. * Communicate effectively with customers, ensuring clear and timely responses (Portuguese and English). * Participate in **24x7 preventive shift regimes**. * Diagnose and resolve incidents in complex and distributed environments. **Technical Requirements** * Knowledge of the following technologies: + **NGIN / SHIPNET / SOSSIS** + Ticketing and Workflow Tools (e.g., **Remedy**) + **Databases:** Oracle, PostgreSQL, MongoDB (NoSQL) + **Languages:** SQL, PL/SQL + **Architecture:** Client\-Server and Distributed Systems + **Middleware:** JBoss + **Operating Systems:** Linux and Windows + Tools: Jira, Toad * Experience with **NGIN (Next Generation Intelligent Network)** platforms * Proficiency in **English** (mandatory) * Strong written communication skills in **Portuguese and English** **Desirable Skills (Optional)** * Experience in **systems analysis** * Knowledge of relational and non-relational databases * Programming language experience * Knowledge of: + **Cloud** + **Containers (Docker)** + **Microservices** + **DevOps** * Excellent communication and teamwork skills If you seek a challenge in a continuously evolving technological field, apply now and join us!
