About the Role We are looking for a DLS Engineer Service with solid experience in digital solution framing, digital transformation, and related areas. The role combines solution design, roadmap definition, cross-functional leadership, stakeholder management, and delivery of digital initiatives—ideally within complex business contexts. Requirements Required Skills and Experience Minimum of 7 years’ experience in digital solution framing, digital transformation, or related fields. At least 3 years’ experience as a Project Manager or Digital Transformation Lead. Proven experience in designing and implementing digital solutions. Demonstrated ability to develop digital strategies, roadmaps, and frameworks. Experience with Agile methodologies and leading cross-functional teams. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Experience in HSSEQ-related digital initiatives is an advantage. Fluent Portuguese and English at C1/C2 level. Required Behavioral Competencies Strong sense of ownership. Results-oriented, with emphasis on action and delivery. Pragmatism and perseverance. Strong collaborative abilities and capacity to build trust with stakeholders at all levels. Excellent communication skills to convey clear and structured messages. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree is preferred. Other degrees may be considered if accompanied by relevant experience in IT or digital roles. Certifications in Agile, Scrum, or Digital Transformation are highly valued. English fluency is essential for communication with team members, stakeholders, and external vendors.
