Autonomy in project management and decision-making We are a company focused on developing results-driven digital solutions—from websites and online stores to complex custom projects, ongoing maintenance services, digital retainers, and online presence management. **We are looking for a Digital Project Manager** to coordinate and oversee digital projects, ensuring quality, adherence to deadlines, and alignment among clients, technical teams, and creative teams. **Your Mission** * Manage web development projects, including websites, online stores, and digital platforms. * Plan and oversee digital retainers, ensuring continuous execution of tasks and improvements. * Coordinate projects, ensuring consistency with defined objectives. * Serve as the liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring clarity of briefings, priorities, and deliverables. * Define timelines, manage deadlines, and track project progress. * Ensure final delivery quality prior to presentation or publication. * Identify risks, anticipate issues, and propose solutions. **What We Are Looking For** * Minimum 2 years of experience in digital or web project management. * Functional knowledge of web platforms such as WordPress and Shopify, sufficient to manage projects, communicate with technical teams, and validate deliverables. * Experience managing website and online store projects built on WordPress, Shopify, or similar platforms. * Ability to organize, plan, and manage multiple projects simultaneously. * Strong communication skills with clients and technical teams. * Autonomous, responsible, and solution-oriented profile. * Knowledge of digital marketing and social media management is a plus. * Fluency in Portuguese and good command of English. **What We Offer** * Integration into a multidisciplinary team focused on growth. * Diverse projects across different areas of the digital domain. * Autonomy in project management and decision-making. * Competitive compensation based on experience and emphasis on professional development.
