Ability to communicate with diverse stakeholders and analyze cost-benefit trade-offs The company frequently recruits technical professionals — Civil Engineers or Structural Drafters — focused on project preparation and formwork measurement. **Technical Competencies** · Registration with the Order of Engineers; · Civil Engineering or Technical Drawing with focus on structures/formwork; · Proficiency in **AutoCAD** and **REVIT** for slab rotation and shoring phasing design; · Structural calculations; **Behavioral Competencies** · Agility in handling on-site contingencies, material failures, or timely project changes. · Ability to communicate with diverse stakeholders — from on-site workers to investors and regulatory bodies. · Analysis of cost\-benefit trade-offs across different construction methods, prioritizing safety and economic sustainability.
