Your responsibilities will include: * Providing in-person and telephone customer service to members; * Performing administrative tasks; * Promoting the sale of supplements and sports equipment; * Handling customer complaints; * Conducting daily cash reconciliation; * Managing inventory control. What we expect from you: * Minimum education level: 12th grade; * Basic computer literacy; * Customer-oriented mindset; * Autonomy and problem-solving ability; * Organizational skills; * Team spirit; * Interest in sports (fitness).
