Job Summary: We are seeking a Waiter/Waitress to ensure customer satisfaction and proper preparation of the dining area in hotels located in Porto. Key Highlights: 1. Training and mentoring Hoti Hotéis, a Group with over 40 years in the market, is currently recruiting a Waiter/Waitress 2nd Class (M/F) for its Porto hotels (Hotel da Música and Tryp Porto Expo). Main Responsibility: Attending to customers and ensuring prompt satisfaction and efficient response to their requests, as well as verifying that the dining area is effectively prepared to welcome guests. Profile and Requirements: Technical education at the level of a Technical or University degree; Experience and knowledge acquired in a similar role for a minimum period of 6 months; Proficiency in computer applications and POS systems; Solid knowledge of HACCP; Strong communication skills, particularly when interacting with customers; Ability to work under pressure; Good command of English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage; Versatility, availability, and passion for service; Team spirit and interpersonal relationship skills.
