Investment in development and a solid career **Looking for a new opportunity before vacation or want to start the second semester with a more valued career, above-average income, and realistic growth prospects?** Audição Activa, a Portuguese market leader in hearing aids and part of the multinational Active Hearing Group, continues to grow and is recruiting **Receptionists** for **our stores in the North**, inviting you to join this successful and rapidly expanding project. **Your responsibilities will include:** \- Ensuring smooth store operations and delivering exceptional customer service; \- Making telephone calls (inbound and outbound); \- Presenting and promoting commercial campaigns and new products; \- Scheduling hearing assessments and managing customer appointments. **We are looking for candidates who have:** \- Completed secondary education (12th grade); \- Strong communication and customer service skills; \- An organized and proactive mindset; \- Telemarketing experience (preferred); \- A valid driver's license and personal vehicle (mandatory requirements); \- Availability to work **rotating shifts** across **all** of the following locations: Braga, Espinho, Maia, Matosinhos, Ovar, Porto, Ponte de Lima, Santo Tirso, Viana do Castelo, Vila Nova de Famalicão, and others; \- Preferably residing in Viana do Castelo/Braga/V.N.
