Job Summary: Ciberbit is seeking a Product Owner to strengthen the team dedicated to the I'M THOM Hospital Management Solution, involving collaboration on the roadmap, requirements analysis, and working with the development team. Key Highlights: 1. Collaborate with the Product Manager on product vision and roadmap. 2. Work with the development team using the Scrum methodology. 3. Continuously collect and analyze feedback from customers and partners. Ciberbit is a Portuguese company that has been developing software since 1995. As part of our growth strategy, we aim to hire a Product Owner (m/f) to reinforce our team dedicated to developing the I'M THOM Hospital Management Solution. **Work Location:** Coimbra, Vila Nova de Gaia or Trofa **Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:** * Collaborating with the Product Manager to define product vision and roadmap; * Analyzing and specifying functional requirements; * Working with the development team using the Scrum methodology; * Continuously collecting and analyzing feedback from customers and partners; * Ensuring product documentation quality. **What We Value:** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Management Information Systems, or related fields; * Professional experience in Agile/Scrum development processes (preferred); * Experience using JIRA; * Responsibility in objective-based work; * Teamwork.
