




Job Summary: Recruitment for a Kitchen Assistant to provide culinary support and maintain space hygiene, including food preparation and stock management. Key Highlights: 1. Stock management and goods receiving Recruitment and selection of candidates for the Kitchen Assistant role to assist chefs and maintain space hygiene. Responsibilities: Food preparation (washing and cutting vegetables, fruits, meats, fish, etc.); Assisting in preparing simple dishes and side dishes or sauces; Organizing workstations with all necessary products and utensils for service; Labeling and tagging food items (production date and expiry date) for quality control; Washing and sanitizing tableware and other kitchen utensils; General cleaning of the work area, including countertops, ovens, stoves, and floors, in compliance with HACCP standards; Tidying and maintaining refrigerated cabinets; Receiving and verifying goods; Managing basic stock levels and reporting ingredient replenishment needs; Assisting with plating; Collaborating in cafeteria service or meal distribution.
