Main Responsibilities * **Team Management**: Coordinate, motivate, and supervise the daily work of the \[Front Office / Housekeeping / F\&B] team. * **Quality Control: Ensure strict adherence to hotel service, hygiene, and safety standards.** * **Guest Hospitality: Supervise check\-in/check\-out processes and ensure prompt and effective responses to complaints or special requests.** * **Operations Optimization: Support shift scheduling, stock control, and coordination with other departments (Maintenance, Cleaning, Management).** * **Training: Support onboarding and integration of new team members.** Technical Requirements and Profile * **Minimum Experience**: 2–3 years in supervisory or assistant management roles in hospitality * **Academic Qualification: Technical course or Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Tourism, or related fields (preferred).** * **Languages: Fluency in Portuguese and English is mandatory; French or Spanish are advantageous.** * **IT Skills: Proficiency in hotel property management systems (PMS)** * **Personal Competencies: Excellent communication skills, strong leadership spirit, resilience, and problem-solving focus** We Offer * **Employment Contract**: Direct employment contract with prospects for long-term continuity within the company. * **Remuneration: Base salary commensurate with proven experience \+ Meal allowance.** * **Benefits: Performance bonus \+ Continuous training \+ Career progression opportunities.** * **Work Environment: Integration into a dynamic, professional team within a continuously growing project in Porto.** Salary: €1,500.00 \- €2,500.00 per month Benefits * Transportation allowance * Company mobile phone Work Location: On-site Job Type: Full-time Salary: €1.500,00 \- €2.500,00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
