Candidate Profile: * Education in gastronomy or culinary arts from nationally recognized institutions. * Minimum 7 years of experience * Proven experience in kitchens, preferably with leadership experience in restaurants and teams. * Preference given to candidates with experience in Portuguese-based cuisines. * Leadership and team management capabilities. * Creativity in dish development and innovation. * Strong organizational skills and rigor in managing kitchen processes. * Commitment to high standards of quality and food hygiene. * Ability to work under pressure and in a dynamic environment. Main Responsibilities: * Full kitchen management, from menu conception to dish execution. * Supervision and training of the kitchen team. * Organization and planning of mise en place. * Ensuring compliance with food hygiene and safety standards (HACCP). * Cost control and supplier management. * Implementation of efficient processes to optimize kitchen operations.
