Within the COO scope, the AI Team identifies, prioritizes and delivers innovative AI solutions that drive business value across the organization — from conversational agents to document intelligence, from browsing automation to agentic orchestration. ### **About the AI Trainee Program** This is a **12\-month development program** with hands\-on experience across the full AI lifecycle. You will join a structured program that includes: * **1\-week centralized onboarding** on enterprise AI tools, platforms, governance and responsible AI * **2–3 real use cases end\-to\-end** , from proof of concept to production deployment * **Two international trips** to other Euronext locations (e.g. Paris, Milan, Athens) for cross\-team collaboration on real business projects * **Buddy assignment** and continuous mentoring from senior AI developers, MLOps and data professionals * **Training on cutting\-edge AI tools** — you will regularly test and get hands\-on experience with the latest AI technologies, frameworks and platforms as they emerge * Meal allowance, business travel opportunities, and 24 company holidays per year ### **What You Will Work On** You will contribute to production\-grade Generative AI solutions that serve real business teams across Europe. Examples include: * Building and improving **AI agents** that autonomously browse websites, extract data and validate regulatory information * Developing **RAG\-based chatbots** and conversational assistants for internal and external users * Creating **document intelligence pipelines** that parse, classify and extract structured data from complex financial documents * Integrating AI capabilities via **REST APIs, MCP servers and agentic orchestration frameworks** * Supporting **monitoring, testing and troubleshooting** of AI solutions in production * Collaborating with business stakeholders to gather requirements, iterate on solutions and deliver training ### **What We're Looking For** * Bachelor's or Master's degree (completed or in final year) in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science or a related field * Solid knowledge of **Python** and software development best practices * Familiarity with **Git** and collaborative development workflows * Understanding of **machine learning, deep learning and generative AI** concepts * Interest in **LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering and AI agents** * Awareness of RESTful APIs, at least from a user's perspective * Nice to have: exposure to cloud services (AWS or Azure), FastAPI, or frontend development * Excellent problem\-solving skills and a hands\-on, execution\-oriented mindset * Fluency in **English and Portuguese** , both written and spoken * A collaborative attitude with genuine curiosity for emerging AI technologies ### **Why Euronext** You will join a global AI team working at the frontier of enterprise Generative AI — building agents, orchestrating tools, and deploying solutions that operate at scale in regulated financial markets.
