Responsibilities: \- Supervise space organization and cleaning prior to service commencement \- Assign team tasks according to availability and experience \- Welcome and guide guests, ensuring a positive and distinctive experience \- Monitor guest satisfaction and proactively resolve issues \- Lead and train the team, ensuring performance targets are met \- Coordinate with the kitchen and guarantee quality of served dishes \- Manage dining room inventory and place necessary orders \- Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards \- Coordinate special events, ensuring organization and service excellence Profile: \- Minimum 3 years’ experience in dining room leadership roles or positions of high responsibility in top-tier gastronomic restaurants or 5-star hotels \- Genuine passion for welcoming and caring for guests, with exceptional attention to detail to create a memorable and exclusive experience \- Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a dining room team, fostering an environment of excellence, collaboration, and proactivity \- Solid knowledge of wines, other beverages, and the restaurant menu, with capacity to advise guests expertly and personally \- Experience in reservation management, table allocation, service coordination, and ensuring seamless flow throughout all meal phases \- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills—both with the team and with guests—including elegant and discreet handling of unexpected situations \- High degree of organizational ability, rigor in maintaining dining room mise en place and service procedures \- Fluency in Portuguese and English (mandatory).
