Job Summary: PACK 4 is recruiting a Technical Department Assistant to support the technical department, after-sales service, and customer needs by seeking optimal solutions with partners. Integration into a dynamic and ambitious team PACK 4 \- INDUSTRIAL SOLUTIONS, located in Maia, is recruiting an ASSISTANT TECHNICAL DEPARTMENT (m/f) with the following requirements: FUNCTION: . Support the technical department and after-sales service; . Support technicians in technical assistance services; . Support customers' technical needs, including food industries and other industries; . Identify optimal options with partners/suppliers to meet customers' needs; HARD SKILLS: . Technical or higher education degree in Mechanics, Mechatronics, Electrotechnics or similar; . Knowledge of Robotics and Automation (preferred); . Fluent in English, both spoken and written (essential); . User-level computer skills (essential); . Valid driver's license; SOFT SKILLS: . Team-oriented, balanced, and possessing good interpersonal skills; . Dynamic and rigorous, with attention to detail; . Capable of analyzing problems, testing, and presenting solutions; .
