Job Summary: We are seeking a Production Operator to operate industrial machinery, interpret manufacturing orders, control quality, and ensure production targets are met. Key Highlights: 1. We are recruiting new employees to join our team as **Production Operator (M/F).** **Responsibilities**: * Operate and ensure the proper functioning of industrial machinery * Understand and interpret manufacturing orders * Follow work instructions * Meet production targets * Control product quality * Record production data * Ensure adherence to good manufacturing practices and occupational health and safety standards * Perform other auxiliary tasks related to the role **Requirements**: * Completed secondary education (12th grade) * Basic computer literacy * Experience in a manufacturing environment (preferred) * Availability to work fixed shifts and continuous operation schedules * Sense of responsibility and teamwork spirit * Punctuality and attendance reliability * Residence between the cities of Maia and Braga * Immediate availability. **Terms**: * Competitive salary commensurate with job requirements * Initial and continuous training. **Contact**: Please send your CV to rh@plastrofa.com with the subject line "Production Operator".
