Job Summary: Analyst Programmer role focused on business process improvement, requirements gathering, and developing web and backend solutions, collaborating in multidisciplinary teams. Collaborate on internal projects with multidisciplinary teams **Responsibilities:** * Participate in business process analysis and improvement; * Gather requirements from various departments within the company; * Develop and integrate application solutions (web and backend); * Work with ERP systems, with a focus on PHC; * Collaborate on internal projects with multidisciplinary teams; * Support dashboard and reporting creation (Power BI). **Requirements and soft skills:** * Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent (preferred), or vocational high school diploma (12th grade) in a related field, subject to demonstrated profile and competencies; * No prior experience required; * Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; * Autonomy, rigor, and strong priority management capability; * Strong communication and interaction skills with various business areas; * Teamwork orientation; * No need for travel availability. **Technical skills and competencies:** * Ability to analyze business processes, gather requirements, model data, and interpret schedules; * Foundational knowledge of tools and technologies: SQL Server (T\-SQL, *stored procedures*), PHC ERP, JavaScript/TypeScript, React/Next.js, Node.js, .NET/C\#, Power BI, and Git; * Proficiency in English, especially technical English (reading and writing); * Experience in multi\-company/multi\-country environments is an advantage. *All applications will be handled confidentially in accordance with the Data Protection Law and only those matching the requested profile will be considered.
