Saúde Boutique Residences, the exclusive brand of Leite Associated Health Group, seeks to strengthen its team with a Logistics Manager responsible for ensuring the efficiency of procurement, supply, inventory management, and logistics operations at its Senior Residence. We are looking for an organized, responsible, and results-oriented professional with planning and negotiation capabilities, who will contribute to ensuring that the Residence has, in a timely and efficient manner, the products and resources necessary for its operation and for residents' well-being. Candidate Profile * Bachelor's or Master's degree in Logistics, Management, or a related field; * Professional experience in logistics, procurement, or supply (preferred); * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; * Ability to organize, plan, and manage priorities; * Strong negotiation and supplier management skills; * Sense of responsibility, autonomy, and results orientation; * Team spirit and good communication skills; * Proficiency in MS Office tools, especially Excel. Key Responsibilities * Manage the Residence’s procurement and purchasing activities, ensuring timely availability of goods, products, and services; * Manage suppliers, including negotiation, monitoring, and evaluation of supply terms; * Ensure inventory management, preventing stockouts, overstocking, and waste; * Monitor costs, consumption, and logistics KPIs, identifying opportunities for improvement and efficiency; * Coordinate with Management, Operations, Care, Food Services, and Finance departments to ensure appropriate responses to the Residence’s needs; * Ensure compliance with internal procedures and applicable quality and safety requirements.
