Focus on application stability and performance We are seeking a highly qualified professional to join our team as a **Middleware Application Support Engineer**. As an essential part of our team, you will be responsible for supporting and maintaining critical enterprise applications running on Java\-based middleware platforms. This role involves ensuring application stability, performing technical troubleshooting, and supporting production and non\-production environments. We are looking for a professional with strong experience in **application support and middleware technologies**, capable of managing incidents, service requests, and changes while collaborating closely with development and infrastructure teams. **Qualifications** * Experience in **application support or middleware environments (minimum 3–5 years)** * Strong knowledge of **Java (Java 8 or higher)** * Hands\-on experience with **Apache Tomcat** * Experience working with **web services such as REST and SOAP** * Experience performing **application deployments** in production and non\-production environments * Knowledge of **Microsoft IIS administration** * Strong **technical troubleshooting and log analysis skills** * Experience supporting **enterprise applications and critical systems** * Ability to work across **multiple middleware technologies and platforms** * Fluent in **Portuguese**, with **advanced technical English** **Responsibilities** * Provide **application support in enterprise middleware environments** * Manage and resolve **incidents, changes, and service requests (RITM)** * Perform **application deployments** across production and non\-production environments * Diagnose and resolve **technical issues in Java\-based applications** * Manage and install **SSL/TLS certificates** * Perform **log analysis and troubleshooting** on application servers * Support **integrations and web services (REST and SOAP)** * Collaborate with **development and infrastructure teams** * Ensure **availability, stability, and performance** of enterprise applications * Maintain **technical documentation, operational procedures, and support records** **Nice to Have** * Experience with **ETL tools such as PowerCenter** * Intermediate to **advanced Spanish**
