Management Control Technician (EN) **Management Control Technician (EN)** As a member of the Management Control team at Mota\-Engil Africa, the main responsibilities will include: Participation in the monthly closing, consolidation, and financial reporting processes, ensuring the reliability, consistency, and harmonization of information from different markets and regions; Work closely with local teams, promoting the alignment of processes, reporting criteria, and best practices in management control; Periodically prepare management reports and presentations to support decision\-making; Monitor operational and financial performance indicators across different markets, identifying variances and proposing corrective measures; Support external audit processes and ensure continuous coordination between auditors, local teams, and the corporate structure; Collaborate on the preparation of the annual budget and forecasts, ensuring interaction and coordination with the various operations; Support initiatives for the continuous improvement of control, reporting, and financial analysis processes, promoting greater efficiency and standardization across geographies. **Job Requirements and Competencies Profile** * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, or similar; * At least 2 years of professional experience in finance; * Knowledge of international and national accounting standards; * Proficiency in MS Office tools and knowledge of SAP; * Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with multicultural and multidisciplinary teams; * Analytical skills and a problem\-solving mindset; * Ability to organize, plan, and manage priorities; * Rigor, a sense of responsibility, and attention to detail; * Team spirit, proactivity, and the ability to adapt to dynamic and international environments; * Availability for occasional international travel.
