Maintaining equipment organization and cleanliness A restaurant company with 30 years of market experience is recruiting Waiters/Waitresses (M/F) for the following responsibilities: * Deliver fast, efficient, and high-quality service; * Demonstrate an attentive and helpful attitude toward customers, treating them courteously; * Be knowledgeable about dish and menu compositions; * Maintain organization, preservation, and cleanliness of all materials, equipment, and utensils under the section’s responsibility; * Prepare, organize, and clean sideboards and workstations; * Perform table mise en place according to defined standards; * Carry out full table service, from transporting the service trolley to clearing dishes; * Receive and record customer orders.
