Job Summary: The Facilities & Services Manager is responsible for ensuring efficient management of infrastructure and support services, and for coordinating Carglass Portugal’s agency expansion projects. As part of Belron®, the global leader in automotive glass repair and replacement, we are looking to strengthen our team with a **Facilities \& Services Manager**, playing a central role in developing and optimizing the efficiency of our agency network. ### **Mission** Ensure efficient management of infrastructure, support services, and agency expansion projects at Carglass Portugal, guaranteeing that the agency network operates in alignment with business needs and meets high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. ### **Key Responsibilities** * Define and implement the Facilities and Support Services strategy. * Coordinate the rollout of new agencies, ensuring proper planning and adherence to deadlines. * Manage fleet, external services, and infrastructure-related contracts. * Oversee legalization projects and ensure operational compliance. * Implement preventive and corrective maintenance plans for facilities. * Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and resource optimization. * Lead and develop the team, fostering alignment with company objectives. ### **Profile** * Bachelor’s degree or higher in Management, Economics, Engineering, or a related field. * Minimum 5–7 years of relevant experience, including leadership roles. * Project management capability and cross-functional coordination skills. * Pragmatic, organized, and results-oriented profile. * Proficiency in English.
