We are looking for a professional in accounting and management control with strong analytical skills, business vision, and enthusiasm for using digital tools and Business Intelligence, capable of transforming data into actionable insights to support decision-making. The Challenge As part of the Finance Department, you will not only support accounting tasks but also play an active role in developing management information systems and continuously improving the company’s financial and operational controls, working closely with various organizational areas. Main Responsibilities Participate in the monthly and annual financial reporting closing process for management purposes. Collaborate in recording and monitoring customer and supplier current accounts. Support management control, variance analysis, and profitability monitoring. Conduct analyses using Power BI, advanced Excel, and other Business Intelligence tools. Transform large volumes of data into relevant information to support decision-making. Collaborate in evolving management dashboards and reporting models. Understand production processes and costing models, identifying improvement opportunities. Participate in digitalization projects, process automation, and reduction of administrative tasks. Collaborate with different departments to identify and resolve financial and operational issues. We seek a candidate with A university degree in Management, Economics, Accounting, Applied Mathematics, or related fields. Strong analytical ability and critical thinking. Solid Excel proficiency. Experience or knowledge of Power BI and Business Intelligence. Aptitude for analyzing and processing large volumes of information. Interest in Data Analytics, Artificial Intelligence, and digital transformation. Ability to understand industrial processes and translate them into management information. Initiative, autonomy, and results orientation. Strong communication skills and enthusiasm for teamwork. Preferred Qualifications SQL knowledge. Power Query or Power Pivot knowledge. Experience with industrial ERP systems. Knowledge of automation tools (e.g., Power Automate or similar). Use of AI tools applied in a business context.
