Job Summary: We are seeking an IT Systems Technician to provide technical support, implement infrastructure, configure networks, and participate in cloud projects. Key Highlights: 1. We are expanding our team by hiring an IT Systems Technician who has a passion for technology, a practical mindset, and interest in advancing in infrastructure, cloud, and business management software. **Responsibilities** * Technical support for corporate clients (remote and on-site); * Implementation and maintenance of technological infrastructure (hardware, software, and backups); * Network configuration and support (TCP/IP, connectivity, and troubleshooting); * Involvement in infrastructure and cloud solution projects. **Requirements** * Education in Information Technologies or equivalent experience; * Experience in technical support and/or systems (preferred); * Strong communication skills and client-oriented mindset for corporate clients; * Valid driver's license. **Preferred Qualifications** * Knowledge of cloud environments (Microsoft Azure); * Basic understanding of SQL / Databases; * Interest in working with business management software (PHC, Primavera, Sage); * Basic scripting or programming language knowledge (preferred). **We Offer** * Direct integration into the company (full-time); * Training in cloud technologies, networking, and business management software (PHC, Cegid Primavera, Sage); * Participation in corporate projects; * Health insurance; * Collaborative work environment; * Birthday holiday + gift. **Application** Send your CV to recrutamento@hbi.pt with reference TS26 Work location: On-site
