JOB DESCRIPTION: \- Analyze technical specifications and models of parts to be ground; \- Read and interpret engineering drawings; \- Verify part dimensions; \- Prepare materials for grinding; \- Input mechanical lathe adjustment parameters; \- Monitor and control machine operation; \- Perform grinding according to specifications; \- Conduct quality control of parts; \- Other auxiliary tasks inherent to the role. ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS: High school diploma (preferred) PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE: Previous experience in the role PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES: \- Sense of responsibility; \- Strong learning ability; \- Interpersonal communication skills and teamwork ability; \- Initiative, dynamism, and proactivity; \- Stress resistance; \- Immediate availability.
