We are seeking a **People Analytics** professional to join us on this journey of building a culture centered on well-being and innovation. **Mission:** Ensure the implementation of data solutions and analyses to support strategic decision-making in the People and Culture department, generating insights that contribute to business competitiveness and sustainability. **What your day-to-day work will look like...** * Analyze human resources data (e.g., retention, absenteeism, performance); * Develop and manage reports and dashboards to monitor trends, risks, and improvement opportunities; * Support the definition and tracking of KPIs related to talent management, employee engagement, and organizational culture; * Collaborate with other departments to ensure integration of data and analysis from diverse sources; * Build predictive models and advanced analyses to identify behavioral patterns and forecast future people management needs; * Assist in identifying recruitment and talent development strategies, using data to improve process effectiveness; * Support the implementation of new data analysis tools and methodologies, promoting continuous innovation within the department. **What we’ll value in your profile...** * Academic or professional background in Management, Economics, Statistics, Human Resources, or a related field; * 1–2 years of professional experience in similar roles; * Experience using Power BI (mandatory); * Advanced Excel proficiency; * Knowledge of programming languages such as SQL or Python (preferred); * Strong spoken and written English skills; * Strong analytical ability, critical thinking, and attention to detail; * Proactivity and autonomy in identifying opportunities.
