Job Summary: Fenabel is seeking a Systems, Networks, and AI Technician to join its team, responsible for technical support, infrastructure maintenance, user and network administration, and application process optimization. Process optimization with a focus on AI Fenabel – The Heart of Seating, a leading company in the furniture sector specializing in the production of high-quality chairs and seating solutions, is expanding its team by hiring a **Systems, Networks, and AI Technician**! **Key Responsibilities:** * Provide technical support to users and resolve incidents; * Ensure maintenance, stability, security, and continuity of the IT infrastructure; * Administer users, access rights, permissions, and security policies; * Support server management, backups, virtualization, and system monitoring; * Work with networks, firewalls, VPNs, VLANs, and enterprise connectivity; * Develop, optimize, and analyze SQL queries, reports, and application database structures; * Support integration among ERP systems, APIs, AI, databases, interfaces, and workflows; * Identify opportunities for automation and optimization of application processes. **Required Profile:** * Knowledge of Windows Server and/or Linux, Active Directory, virtualization, backups, and cybersecurity; * Experience with networking: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, routers, switches, firewalls, VPN, and enterprise Wi\-Fi; * Knowledge of SQL, preferably SQL Server, MySQL/MariaDB, PostgreSQL, or Oracle; * Familiarity with applied AI, LLMs, RAG, embeddings, prompting, OCR, and intelligent automation; * Ability to diagnose issues, resolve problems quickly, and document procedures; * Holistic understanding of infrastructure, methodical approach, organizational skills, and ability to work under pressure; * Ability to explain technical topics clearly and simply. **We Value:** * Experience managing ERP systems, servers, networks, and databases simultaneously; * Knowledge of Cisco, Ubiquiti, MikroTik, Fortinet, or HP Aruba equipment; * Preventive orientation, emphasizing continuous improvement rather than merely resolving isolated issues.
