Collaborate with different departments and manage external relationships **Communication Technician (m/f)** **Job Mission** Ensure implementation of the company's communication strategy, contributing to promoting the institutional image, reinforcing organizational culture, and effectively disseminating internal and external initiatives through content production and management across various communication channels. **Main Responsibilities** * Develop and implement internal and external communication activities aligned with the organization's strategy. * Produce, review, and distribute content for various communication channels (intranet, website, newsletters, social media, press releases, and presentations). * Support the organization and promotion of corporate events, campaigns, and institutional initiatives. * Manage and update the company's communication channels. * Ensure correct application of visual identity and institutional image across all produced materials. * Collaborate with different organizational departments in developing communication content and materials. * Manage relationships with external suppliers and partners, where applicable. * Monitor communication activity results and identify opportunities for improvement. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Communication Sciences, Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field. * Professional experience in communication roles (preferred). * Excellent oral and written communication skills. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools. * Knowledge of design and editing tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar) is an advantage. * Experience managing digital channels and social media is an advantage. * Fluency in Portuguese and good command of English (spoken and written). * Valid driver’s license (Category B) and availability for travel. * Availability to work in Porto or Lisbon. **Competencies** * Excellent communication and interpersonal relationship skills. * Creativity and aesthetic sense. * Organizational ability and capacity to manage priorities. * Proactivity and autonomy. * Team spirit and collaborative mindset. * Results orientation and adherence to deadlines. * Adaptability and flexibility. **Location:** Porto or Lisbon
