Responsibilities: * Define and implement the overall test strategy for the project * Lead and mentor the QA team * Plan, estimate, and manage testing cycles * Ensure appropriate test coverage (functional, regression, integration, UAT, etc.) * Manage defects and ensure proper prioritization and resolution * Collaborate closely with Development, Product, and DevOps teams * Report testing progress, risks, and quality metrics to stakeholders Essential skills: * Proven experience as a **Test Lead or QA Lead** * Strong knowledge of **Agile/Scrum methodologies** * Experience in defining test plans and test strategies * Hands\-on experience with test management tools (e.g., JIRA, Xray, TestRail or similar) * Solid background in functional and integration testing * Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skil Desired skills: * Experience in the **Financial Services sector** (banking, insurance, fintech, payments) – **a strong plus** * Experience with test automation * Exposure to CI/CD environments * ISTQB certification
