That is why A Padaria Portuguesa is looking for a Shift Manager who wants to make a difference and play a key role in customer service and store management. Mission: Support the store’s operational management and ensure correct implementation of procedures and standards of excellence and quality set by the brand. Responsibilities: * Support the store’s operational management. * Ensure implementation and promote correct execution of procedures and standards of excellence and quality (service, maintenance, equipment). * Perform store and cash register opening and closing. * Ensure compliance with HACCP regulations. * Guarantee that the store is fully prepared in terms of product availability, staffing, and cleanliness. * Handle customer complaints. * Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly inventory checks and plan orders. What We Are Looking For: * Minimum educational qualification: 12th grade. * Minimum of 1 year’s experience in a similar role. * Strong customer orientation. * Ability to coordinate teams and focus on processes. * Availability to work rotating shifts.
