Opportunity for career development and professional growth We are seeking a Planning and Maintenance Technician to ensure the planning and monitoring of building maintenance and its respective infrastructures, contributing to their proper operation, efficiency, and continuous improvement. Job Description: * Plan and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance of the building and its respective infrastructures; * Prepare and monitor the maintenance team's work schedule, including procurement and requisition of materials; * Contact and coordinate with external entities responsible for maintenance services; * Perform ad-hoc corrective maintenance interventions, ensuring rapid restoration of normal equipment operation; * Diagnose and monitor malfunctions and maintenance requirements; * Collaborate in implementing improvements and modifications to infrastructures, focusing on process efficiency and cost optimization; * Ensure compliance with internal Information Security procedures and policies; * Support and monitor Maintenance Department activities. Candidate Requirements: * Completed secondary education (12th grade); * Computer literacy (especially Excel); * Knowledge of PHC (preferred); * Knowledge in electricity and civil construction (preferred); * Ability to plan, organize, and manage priorities; * Proactivity and problem-solving orientation; * Sense of responsibility and autonomy in task execution; * Strong communication and teamwork skills.
