We seek a key individual to lead operations from day one, with autonomy and direct impact on business development. **Role** This role combines operations and commercial development. In the initial phase, the candidate will be responsible for: * End-to-end management of transportation processes (sea, air, and road) * Communication with international agents and suppliers * Shipment organization, follow\-up, and incident resolution * Client development (prospecting and portfolio management) * Quotation preparation and negotiation * Support in defining internal processes **Candidate Profile** * Prior experience in freight forwarding/international logistics (minimum 3 years) * Practical knowledge of operations (not merely theoretical) * Ability to manage processes from start to finish * Autonomous, organized, and solution-oriented profile * Strong communication skills with clients and partners * Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to grow with the project **We Value** * An active client portfolio or industry contacts * Experience with specific markets (e.g., Asia, Africa, Europe) * Knowledge of customs procedures * English fluency **We Offer** * Integration into an early-stage project with high potential * Real autonomy in decision-making * Competitive remuneration structure comprising: * fixed base salary * attractive variable component (linked to performance) **Note** We seek a hands-on, execution-capable candidate.
