Job Summary: We are seeking a Site Manager to lead the full execution of large-scale, technically complex projects, ensuring adherence to schedule, budget, quality, and safety targets. Key Highlights: 1. Lead and supervise all on-site construction activities. 2. Act as the focal point and liaison between the client, team, and contractors. 3. Ensure compliance with HSE, quality, and contractual requirements. From **EIA21 Portugal**, we are recruiting a **Site Manager** to lead the full execution of two large-scale, highly technically complex projects for one of our clients in **Northern Portugal**. **Role Mission:** You will be the highest on-site authority, serving as the primary focal point and liaison between the client, our engineering team, and contractors. Your main objective will be to ensure correct execution of works in strict alignment with project targets for schedule, cost, quality, safety, and scope. **Key Responsibilities:** * **Direction and Coordination:** Lead and supervise all on-site construction activities, coordinating various supervision teams (electrical, civil, quality, and *commissioning*). * **Primary Interface:** Serve as the direct communication channel with the client, engineering team, and other *stakeholders*. * **Project Control:** Carry out rigorous planning, monitoring, and control of the construction schedule, managing deviations and mitigating risks. * **Standards Supervision:** Ensure strict compliance with HSE (Occupational Health and Safety), quality controls, and contractual requirements. * **Reporting:** Prepare periodic reports on construction progress, milestones achieved, and risk management for international coordination. * **Local Profile:** Residence in Portugal (with focus on the Northern region) and familiarity with the local market. * **Experience:** Proven prior experience as a Site Manager on large-scale energy projects. Specific experience in Photovoltaic (PV) Plants, Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), and connection infrastructure (substations and high-voltage lines) will be highly valued. * **Languages:** Fluency in **Portuguese** and fluent **Spanish or English**, an essential requirement for daily coordination with the broader international team. * **Leadership:** Strong capability in managing multidisciplinary teams, decision-making, and technical leadership in complex environments.
