MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: Prospecting and analyzing business opportunities in the real estate sector; Coordinating and monitoring architecture, engineering, and specialty projects, liaising with designers, architects, and external entities; Managing and developing the group's entire real estate portfolio; Analyzing the profitability and economic feasibility of investment projects; Negotiating and managing leasing and investment contracts; Coordinating construction and rehabilitation projects, ensuring deadlines, costs, and quality; Supervising ongoing licensing processes; Providing strategic support to management in defining and executing the real estate investment policy. Required Profile Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field; Minimum 5 years’ experience in real estate management or leadership roles; Solid knowledge of financial analysis and project profitability assessment; Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders; Proactive, autonomous, organized profile with strong results orientation; Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
