Teamwork orientation and ability to learn A CAPA, S.A., a metalworking and pre-fabricated construction company specializing in modular construction, seeks to recruit for its headquarters in Valongo: **METALWORKING MACHINE TOOL OPERATOR** **Responsibilities:** * Assist in the setup, adjustment, and operation of industrial machines and tools * Verify measurements, angles, and bend quality, ensuring compliance with technical specifications * Supply, identify, and organize materials, including sheets, tools, dies, and punches * Support cleaning, basic maintenance, and workplace organization * Report quality deviations, equipment failures, or anomalies to the area supervisor * Collaborate on continuous improvement of production processes and optimization of workflow * Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and proper use of PPE **Requirements:** * Minimum education: 9th grade * Minimum 3 months of experience operating machines * Basic knowledge of measurement and metrology, particularly caliper usage * Basic knowledge of metalworking * Ability to learn and sense of responsibility * Adaptability to an industrial environment and teamwork orientation * Correct use of equipment according to available IT documents, supplier instructions, and supervisors' guidance * Attendance and punctuality **We Offer:** * Opportunity to join a solid and expanding company; Employment contract: Continuous training; Remuneration commensurate with the role; Work location: On-site
