Collaborate with Business Owners and internal teams. **Description:** ---------------- Noesis is looking for candidates with the following profile: **Main Tasks and Responsibilities:** * Manage and evolve one or more products, particularly in Warehousing and Transportation; * Collaborate with Business Owners to understand business challenges, refine requirements, and propose suitable solutions; * Define and drive the strategic roadmap of the products, ensuring their medium\- and long\-term evolution; * Continuously assess product evolution needs, replacement, or discontinuation, ensuring alignment with business goals; * Maintain effective communication with stakeholders and collaborate with internal teams, including Product Managers, Engineering, and Support teams. **Requirements:** * Degree in Computer Science or similar; * Minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a Product Manager/Owner or in similar roles; * Higher education degree; * Experience working with Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum; * Strategic mindset with a strong focus on product evolution and business value creation; * Ability to design cross\-functional solutions by aligning different products to address complex business needs.
