Streamlines all transportation processes for people and equipment/technical materials. **TOURISM TECHNICIAN (M/F)** -------------------------- **MISSION** ---------- **Media Travel & Logistics**, a company integrated into the **Mediapro Group**, operates in the travel market, offering clients a **Premium** service in travel and logistics management—both for leisure and corporate purposes. We seek a Tourism Technician to join our **Corporate** department, someone who enjoys client interaction, possesses knowledge of tourist destinations, and has experience organizing travel, ensuring high-quality service and close support throughout the entire process. **RESPONSIBILITIES** ------------- * Client service and support in corporate travel planning; * Proposal and organization of customized travel packages according to client needs; * Management of flight, hotel, transportation, and other tourism-related reservations; * Customer support before, during, and after travel. **REQUIREMENTS** -------------- * Academic qualification, preferably in **Tourism / Hospitality**; * Minimum of 5 years’ professional experience as a **Tourism Technician** (leisure sector experience is an advantage); * Familiarity with reservation systems, particularly **Galileo**; * Strong organizational skills, proactivity, and team-oriented mindset; * Proficiency in **English** (knowledge of additional languages is advantageous); * Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and argumentation skills. **WE OFFER** -------------- * Competitive remuneration, commensurate with experience and competencies; * Continuous training and opportunities for professional growth and development; * Integration into a dynamic, collaborative, and challenging work environment; * Health and Life Insurance. **Workplace:** Matosinhos If you are passionate about travel and helping others discover the world, send\-us your application and join our team!
