If you’re comfortable interacting with the public and goal-oriented, this trait is essential. * Effective communication skills\- You will serve as the direct point of contact with our customers; therefore, the ability to communicate clearly, empathetically, and effectively is essential. It’s important that you listen to customers’ needs and explain their best options in a simple and understandable way. * Organization and attention to detail\- In a work environment where product management and customer service are fundamental, organization is a key competency.
