If you thrive in a dynamic environment, handle varied tasks well, and pay close attention to detail, this opportunity is for you! **Key Responsibilities** * Recruitment, selection, and preparation of hiring/termination contracts; * Payroll processing and related legal obligations; * Identification of training needs and proposal of training initiatives; * Coordination of employee documentation; * Reporting of contractual deadlines and support to management; * Occupational accident management; * PPE management; * Absence tracking and timesheet management; * Submission of the Unique Report. **Desired Profile** * Higher education degree in HR Management, Management, Psychology, or related field; * Minimum 2–3 years of experience in similar roles; * Knowledge of labor legislation and payroll processing; * Proficiency in Excel and Primavera. **What We Offer** * Collaborative work environment; * Integration into a dynamic team; * Opportunity for professional development in the HR field; * Initial training and onboarding support.
