Job Summary: PConcept - Engineering and Construction is seeking an IT and Digital Communication Technician to provide daily user support, manage IT infrastructure, and energize our social media channels. Excellent collaborative team work environment PConcept \- Engineering and Construction, a company specialized in civil construction and engineering, is recruiting an IT and Digital Communication Technician to join our team in the Lousada area. Responsibilities: * Provide daily user support (helpdesk), ensure configuration and maintenance of the IT equipment park (hardware, smartphones, tablets), and manage network and communications infrastructure. * Manage and configure the company's internal software, provide technical support and maintenance for the corporate website, and develop small automations/scripts to improve internal processes. * Manage and energize our social media channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram), creating compelling content (text, images, and video) that highlights our projects and the day-to-day activities on our construction sites. * Perform other tasks inherent to the role. Main Requirements: * Academic degree in IT or related fields; * Minimum of 2 years of experience in similar roles; * Solid knowledge of hardware, networks, operating systems, and helpdesk; * Experience managing social media and proficiency with graphic and video editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe); * Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and proactivity; * Organization, autonomy, and ability to work under pressure; * Proactivity and results orientation; * Interpersonal skills (with work teams); * Valid driver's license.
