Academic background in Civil Engineering . Up to 5 years of experience in Construction Management or Supervision roles . Good command of English . Proactive, dynamic, versatile, and organized profile with strong focus on achieving objectives . Proficiency in computer tools such as AutoCAD and Microsoft Office . Active registration with the relevant Professional Association Responsibilities . Collaborate with external partners (designers, general contractors, public entities); . Supervise work performed by the general contractor; . Ability to develop Business Plans; . Ensure achievement of financial targets defined in the Business Plan for each project; . Plan and guarantee quality of construction execution and property management in service; . Conduct market research and identify new opportunities in the real estate sector.
