Apply now!** \ **What we are looking for** * 5\+ years of experience as a Database Administrator supporting **AWS** database technologies. * Expertise in **AWS RDS, Aurora PostgreSQL, MySQL, and Redshift**. * Solid knowledge of performance tuning, query optimization, and workload management. * Experience with S3, IAM, Lambda, or CloudWatch is a plus. * Strong analytical, problem\-solving, and communication skills — both technical and business\-oriented. * Team player with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines efficiently. * Willingness to share knowledge, participate in **on\-call rotations, and work in shift\-based coverage** (10h, 5 days/week). * Fluent level of **English** (mandatory); * Availability to work in a hybrid model, **3x per week in Porto** **Do you meet most of the position requirements?
