To continue growing and remain a benchmark in the industry, we are seeking new talent to join our team. **Integrated within the Construction Management (Civil Production) department, your main responsibilities will include:** * Collaborating in the coordination and technical supervision of all special installations on site; * Providing technical support to the Construction Management team regarding special installations; * Analyzing and coordinating specialty design documents; * Participating in consultations and negotiations concerning subcontracting and supply procurement for the project; * Supporting quality control of activities and all on-site testing of special installations; * Conducting tests for various specialties, accompanied by the installer; * Collaborating with Construction Management on contractual management of specialties; * Supporting the technical compilation process of the project for client handover. **Job Requirements and Competency Profile:** * Higher education degree in Electromechanical, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering; * Up to 5 years of professional experience in this role; * Knowledge of RTIEBT regulations; * Proficiency in CAD software; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office; * English language proficiency (preferred); * Analytical and problem-solving skills; * Team spirit and dynamism; * Decision-making ability, autonomy, and leadership; * Willingness to travel nationwide; * Valid driver’s license. **With Us You Can Benefit From:** * A stimulating work environment offering continuous learning opportunities and professional development; * Health insurance; * Corporate partnership agreements; * Access to the current variable remuneration scheme (subject to defined criteria); * Up to 3 additional vacation days per year.
