**M/F** **Location: Porto, Portugal** **CHALLENGE:** As Senior Stylist at PARFOIS, you will be responsible for leading the styling direction across photo and video productions within the brand’s in\-house studio. Working closely with the creative, production, photography, retouching, buyers and marketing teams, this role ensures that the brand’s visual identity is consistently reflected across campaigns, lookbooks, e\-commerce, and digital content. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * **Styling Direction:** Curate, prepare, and coordinate looks for photo and video shoots, including e\-commerce and social media content. * **Collection \& Samples:** Develop a deep understanding of the brand’s collections, balancing creative vision with commercial objectives. Oversee the flow and management of samples. * **Look Planning:** Select and prioritize key collection pieces for shoots in alignment with marketing and sales strategies. * **Documentation \& Reporting:** + Manage look planning, calendars, and collection references using Excel. + Create and present styling decks to align concepts with marketing and creative leadership. * **Creative Tools \& Execution:** + Develop comprehensive style guides, model and product moodboards, and visual line\-ups. + Oversee fittings and ensure styling direction consistency during shoots. + Manage images in Capture One to ensure selections reflect brand aesthetics. + Support styling for TikTok and paid social content. * **Collaboration:** Partner with the stylist and sample coordinator to ensure seamless coordination of products, looks, and styling direction. Contribute to model selection, mood, and lighting proposals. * **Quality Control:** Review final styled images with the Studio Manager to guarantee visual consistency before publication. **PROFILE:** * 3\+ years of experience in fashion styling, preferably with international brands or high\-volume studios. * Strong fashion trend awareness and a refined eye for aesthetics aligned with brand identity. * Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, InDesign, Keynote, and Capture One. * Exceptional organizational and communication skills; adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously. * Proven leadership and collaborative team skills.
