




FRH is recruiting an HR Generalist for a multinational company leading in the fields of Energy and Digital Transformation, with a branch in Maia. *Responsibilities:* · Conduct end\-to\-end recruitment and selection processes, from defining job profiles to employee integration; · Create and publish job openings on recruitment platforms; · Screen resumes and participate in interviews; · Support onboarding and integration processes for new employees; · Participate in employer branding initiatives and talent attraction strategies; · Support training planning and schedule training sessions; · Assist in areas such as employee development, performance evaluation, and organizational climate; · Ensure follow\-up on occupational health matters, guaranteeing compliance with legal requirements; · Monitor and record HR metrics; · Possess knowledge of payroll processing, collaborating with the responsible team whenever necessary; · Support managers in team management, labor legislation, and best practices in people management. *Requirements:* · Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, or related fields; · Minimum of 5 years of experience in generalist HR roles, with a strong focus on recruitment and selection; · Knowledge of SAP (preferred); · Good command of English; · Knowledge of payroll processing; · Availability to travel to Vila Nova de Gaia. **What we offer:** · Competitive compensation aligned with the role and demonstrated experience; · Career development opportunities within a solid company.
