Role: OT/IT Network \& Infrastructure Engineer Location: Hybrid, Porto, Portugal Required Skills: * 10\+ years of total professional experience in IT, networking, or OT (combined paths considered) * Hands\-on firewall administration at engineering level: rule creation, policy management, and troubleshooting (FortiGate strongly preferred) * Solid routing and switching experience: L2/L3, VLANs, network segmentation, OT/IT boundary architecture * Windows Server administration; SQL Server familiarity is a strong plus * Linux administration * Exposure to OT or industrial environments: energy, utilities, manufacturing, or similar * Familiarity with industrial protocols: IEC 60870\-5\-104, OPC UA/DA, Modbus * Comfortable working with high autonomy in a small, polyvalent team * Able to occasionally travel to renewable energy sites in northern Portugal * Portuguese fluency; functional English for vendor and international coordination We offer: * No\-term full\-time contract; * Health Insurance; * 22 days of paid vacation; * 4 extra days annually (Carnival, Christmas Eve, New Year's Eve, Birthday); * Meal Allowance on card (Coverflex); * Referral Bonus; * Special discounts and flex options; * Training annual budget; * A great team\-oriented culture; * Chance to become a part of a dynamically growing international company; * Challenging projects giving the unique opportunity to grow and learn.
