Collaborative work environment and continuous training **Company and Role Context** The ACADEMIA DO PROFISSIONAL is a rapidly growing professional training company with a young and dynamic team. We deliver qualification courses for professionals across the country (ADR, Safety Advisors, CAM, TVDE, Taxis, Professional Competence, among others), primarily in inter-company formats. We are now entering the private security training market and seek to reinforce our team with a Commercial Technician who will assume commercial and administrative responsibilities in this new area. Prior knowledge of the sector is highly valued, and preferably experience working in security guard training. **Role Description** – Telephone contact with individuals interested in private security courses and lead follow-up – Inbound customer service via telephone, email, and social media – Advising candidates on training pathways (initial security guard training, specializations, and refresher/recertification training) – B2B prospecting and relationship management with private security companies for staff training and refresher programs – Welcoming and supporting trainees throughout the training process – Administrative management of registrations and trainee documentation – Supporting the organization of training sessions and coordination with trainers – Supporting the document management required of training entities certified by the PSP (technical-pedagogical dossiers, records, and communications) – Using and updating internal digital platforms (LMS, CRM, task management) **Academic Qualifications and Other Requirements** – Appropriate academic qualifications, preferably a Bachelor’s degree in Management, Marketing, Education, or related fields – Holding a CCP / CAP Trainer Certificate will be an advantage **Experience** – **Experience in security guard / private security training (a preferred and differentiating factor)** – Knowledge of the legal framework and requirements governing private security activities and PSP certification – Experience in commercial activities and customer relationship management (B2C and B2B) will be an advantage – Experience in education / training activities will be an advantage – Experience with various digital platforms—email marketing, LMS, commercial tools, CRM, task/workflow management, etc.—will be an advantage **Soft Skills** – Strong communication skills and comfort in interpersonal interactions – Proactive attitude and results orientation – Organization, precision, and autonomy in administrative tasks **Other Requirements** – Residence in the Porto / Matosinhos area or neighboring municipalities (preferred) **What We Offer** – Integration into a dynamic and innovative team – Opportunity for career advancement, assuming functional-area responsibilities – Collaborative work environment and opportunities for continuous training – Salary commensurate with experience **Working Hours** – Employment type: Full-time – Monday to Friday, flexible schedule – On-site work Compensation: €920.00 – €2,194.33 per month Work Location: On-site
