Values training in SIV, SBV, dementia, and palliative care. **Minimum Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Nursing; * Immediate availability; * Valid registration with the Portuguese Nurses' Order; * Proven professional experience; * Professional training (preferred): courses in SIV, SBV; dementia; palliative care; pressure ulcer treatment; wound care; AED (Automated External Defibrillator); pharmacology in the elderly; or similar; * Motivation to care for elderly individuals; * Sensitivity in managing interpersonal relationships; * Self-directed learning and eagerness to continuously research new solutions and best practices; * Critical and innovative mindset.
