Responsibilities: - Operation and supervision of industrial machinery; - Oversight and management of the production team; - Quality control of products and production processes. Requirements: - Secondary education level; - Solid experience in an industrial/production environment; - Availability to work rotating shifts (06:00–14:00 / 14:00–22:00); - Leadership ability and interpersonal skills.
