Based on values such as trust, appreciation, and accountability we **all** work together to shape the future – boldly, customer\-focused and with a strong team spirit. **Job Description** **Your contribution to something big:** * Own end\-to\-end quality performance for assigned projects and/or value streams during industrialization and serial production * Lead quality planning activities during New Project Industrialization, including PFMEA, Control Plans, process validation and risk mitigation * Drive structured problem\-solving (8D, A3, 5Why) for internal and customer complaints and ensure effective corrective and preventive actions * Act as primary quality interface toward customers during project phase and serial production * Monitor, analyze and improve KPIs such as PPM, FPY, IDC and customer returns * Support and lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on process capability, defect reduction and reliability enhancement * Ensure compliance with applicable standards (ISO 9001, ISO 13485, IATF\-16949, IPC standards where applicable) * Support customer and certification audits and ensure timely closure of findings * Collaborate with supplier quality and engineering teams on component\-related quality issues **Qualifications** **What distinguishes you:** * 7\+ years experience in manufacturing quality, preferably in EMS or electronics production * Strong knowledge of quality methods and tools (PFMEA, Control Plan, 8D, SPC, MSA, A3, Lean principles) * Solid understanding of electronics manufacturing processes (SMT, THT, PCBA, Box Build) * Experience in customer\-facing quality roles * Fluent English (spoken and written) * SAP or ERP quality module experience (preferred) * Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills * High resilience and ability to manage escalations under pressure **Additional Information** **Keenfinity Salary Range** Annual Gross Salary of 29 000 \- 35 000 € (depending on experience) \+ equity **Keenfinity benefits includes:** * ️ Flexible work conditions Exchange with colleagues around the world * ️ Health insurance and medical office on site (nutrition, psychology, physiotherapy and general clinic) Training opportunities (i.e., technical training, foreign languages training) \& certifications Opportunities for career progression and continuous professional development Access to great discounts in partnerships and products ️ Sports and health related activities (gym) All our positions are open to people with disability ️ Free parking lot ️ Canteen \_\_\_ At Keenfinity we don’t just build innovative solutions — we shape a smarter, more connected world through technology.
